Hi Sadam,
Just doing 'O' level will not get you a good job. 'O' level is a government approved course and it is equivalent to higher secondary level. So you need something more to get a good job. Go for the graduation degree course in computer science. This will empower your computer science knowledge to a new level. Then you will be technically eligible for IT sector posts in software domain. No IT sector recruits people in such technical posts, unless you are a graduate. So take up B.sc. in computer science to get better opportunities at the jobs.

Yes, Canada can be one of the good options for doing Masters but USA would be better. In case you have an aspiration to settle abroad, Canada is a better place to live & you can get a PR faster.

Anyway, after completing a course in networking, you can be a Network administrator. As a network administrators, you will configure and manage LANs and sometimes WANs.
