Yes, you are eligible, not only commerce students instead if you are from any stream then also you are eligible for admission to BCA, even if you're from a non-mathematical background. Total fees for BCA (3years) is 33,486INR with additional one time charges of 1000INR.
And a security deposit of 5000INR which is refundable after the course completion.
The hostel charges are extra which are to be paid after the admission at the time of room allocation.

Both the courses have almost similar placements but BCA have better numbers tha bsc.
For BCA in 2022 placement drive

- Average package was 3LPA
- the lowest package was 1.5LPA
For B.Sc. in 2022 placement drive
