The sanctioned intake of students under the BA LLB (Hons) at ILNU Ahmedabad is 180. This includes the seats for General category (153) and NRI/NRI Sponsored category (27). These seats are filled based on the applicant's performance in CLAT, the entrance exam counducted by the Consortium of NLUs. Beyond the sanctioned intake, 15% (supernumerary) seats are reserved for Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Foreign Nationals (FN) and Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries-South East Asia (CIWGC-SEA). Candidates who have passed Class 12 in distance or correspondence mode are eligible for admission to the five-year integrated UG programmes offered at ILNU Ahmedabad. They must meet the other eligibility requirements specified by the institute for undergraduate admissions. However, as per the Bar Council of India, Legal Education Rules – 2008, the applicants who have completed both Class 10 and 12 through open universities system, without having any basic qualifications for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the integrated five year programme.

ILNU provides hostel facility for girls on the campus. There is no hostel for boys. The ILNU Ahmedad hostel fee structure has been tabulated below:

No, there is no option to apply for ILNU BCom LLB (Hons) admission in the offline mode. The university only accepts applications in online mode. To apply for admission to ILNU, candidates must visit the institute's official website and register as a new user. Following the registration, they must login and fill out the application form. They must also submit the application fee applicable to them. To get admission to the BCom (Hons) programme of INLU, candidates must also apply and appear for CLAT. The application process for CLAT is also conducted online.

At the time of admission to the BCOm LLB (Hons) programme of ILNU, selected candidates must submit a total of INR 3.72 lakh. This includes the annual tuition fee of INR 3.25 lakh, annual registration and examination fee of INR 7,000, and various one-time fees.
