Through my personal experiences, one thing is assured and that thing is, you will never regret getting admitted to the Institute of Law, Nirma University, and residing in Ahmedabad for five years. It's because of some unique features that make it preferable over many low-tier NLUs. Firstly, the culture on campus is highly professional and it helps in easily relating to work-life balances similar to corporate law firms. It is friendly and comfortable too i.e. Seniors, Professors, and Staff are very helpful and caring. Secondly, Moot and debate culture and their achievements give a glorious glimpse of competitiveness, growth, and a hardw

The Law Canteen (L Canteen) of Nirma University is well organized and maintained by the Institute of Law. It is a very calm and large space. For light foods and snacks, it is the best canteen on the campus. It gives a cafe-like feeling where students can work there with their laptops, study, do projects with groups, and have discussions too. Food is hygienic but not all varieties are available. The highly recommended items are Idli-sambhar, Ice-tea, Cold-coffee, Samosa Pav, Sandwiches, and tea of course. You will find it a bit overpriced and good quality food varieties are limited.

If a student at ILNU fails in internal examinations i.e. CEE - written exams (mid-semester) or Project Work component (PW), will be marked IF (C) or (P) respectively in the course grade report. He will be given a chance before the End-semester examinations only after filling out an application form and requesting the course coordinator as well as the dean and director by framing a specific and valid reason. Otherwise, the overall grades would fall too. The minimum overall grade is 'C+' for any particular subject/course to clear it, otherwise, he/she would be marked NT (not term granted) which means he has to repeat that subject/course

If someone misses the internal exams like. any subject's mid-semester or end-semester exam, he/she will be given another opportunity to appear in the exam. In the case of CE Exams (mid-semester), the RE-CE exams are taken a week before the completion of the syllabus and it's free of cost. Whereas if anyone misses the SEE Exams (end-semester), he is given an opportunity in the form of Supplementary Exams (called SPE) to clear that particular course and it costs 500 Rupees per subject that you have missed. The RE-SEE or SPE exams are held in the first month of the upcoming semester once and if you fail, the next chance is given one week
