Indeed, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), a division of KIIT, is highly regarded; it was ranked among the best private medical schools in eastern India and about 26th overall in the NIRF 2023 for medical colleges. Known for its multidisciplinary programs, KIIT is a highly regarded private deemed university, ranking 15th overall by the NIRF. Because of its attached multispecialty hospital, Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences is renowned for its well-structured academic programs and robust clinical exposure. It keeps up good infrastructure and faculty support, and being a part of KIIT facilitates interdisciplinary learning. The cost structure, however, may seem excessive to some students when compared to government universities, and there may be fierce competition for hands-on experience.

Hope this Helps!
