In Institute of Management Studies, BHU we have two programs MBA and MBA-IB. The difference lies in some subjects, which are related to foreign trades and knowledge. Otherwise, same companies come for both MBA and MBA-IB and for same profiles with same packages.

Everything depends on the potentiality of yours and your ability. By the degree of BBA (IB), surely it can land you in a good corporate world. And, you can able to excel and enhance a lot. Thus, I would simply say 'yes'. You can get a job in a good company.
Everything depends on the Interview, and your knowledge skills.

Yes, according to my knowledge, Amity University is better. You can get better placement there as they have good placement records.

IB is good in ITM. For IB, winter internship is provided which is of 2 months duration i.e. January & February. This internship is paid as well as unpaid, companies do visit the campus for hiring interns for which college has set a particular process which every student follows and for next 3 months ITM provide Internship in Europe. For 15 days, they have an NGO internship in the month of November. This internship is also provided by the college itself.

Honestly, I haven't heard much about both these two. But, give a chance I would suggest MBA in international studies over aviation.

International marketing, foreign exchange management, export and import management, international finance and international logistics are some other fields, which can be taken up as career option by the candidates. Becoming a consultant for an international organization or an export coordinator can also earn a candidate huge package. The other different opportunities that exist include being a global business manager, project manager, material manager, supplier manger or investment-banking manager.

Yes, you can surely get admission for BBA, as Science students can join BBA as other stream students can.
