IPMAT Rohtak

A national exam administered by many Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) is called the Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT). The five-year IIMs Integrated Program in Management (IPM) is open to students who pass this exam. The IPM programme has 15 terms spread over 5 years. There are 3 terms in a year, each lasting 3 months. There are numerous choices for students to specialize in the IPM program. The following are the specializations that IPMAT offers:

The IPM (Integrated Program in Management) Aptitude Test at IIM Rohtak varies in complexity based on the taker's background, aptitude for the material, and amount of preparation. The IPM Aptitude Test is typically used to evaluate a candidate's verbal, logical thinking, and numeric aptitude. Given that the test's objective is to assess a candidate's aptitude and problem-solving abilities - two critical components of a management programme - its difficulty level might range from moderate to hard. 

The IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT) syllabus doesn't change drastically every year, but there might be minor variations. Here's why:

• The Core Focus Remains Same: The core focus of the IPMAT - testing analytical skills, quantitative ability, and verbal proficiency - remains consistent year after year.
• Possible Variations: The specific weightage of topics within a section or the number of questions might change slightly.

The IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT) is conducted in English and follows this structure:

• Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes)

Sections:

• Quantitative Ability (MCQs)
• Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Questions)
• Verbal Ability (MCQs)

Marking Scheme: Correct answers receive 4 marks, and there is a -1 negative marking for wrong answers1

Total no. of seats for IPM batch 2024-2029 will be 165 (including 10% of the total seats will be offered to EWS (Economically Weaker Section) candidates). The offer of admission to the candidate will be made strictly based on merit/rank list and availability of seats in each category (Gen, SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS & DAP) as per reservation rules of Govt. of India

The IPM AT result will be declared online after the exam is conducted. The IPM AT result cum scorecard is an important document for the IIM Rohtak's admission process. The following details are mentioned on every candidate's IPM AT scorecard:

3. Candidate's photograph
4. Candidate's signatures
5. Overall score obtained by the candidate
6. Sectional scores obtained by the candidate
