Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get the best college for automobile. DTU, NSIT, IIITD and JMI are the best government institutes for CSE in Delhi to get admission on the basis of JEE Mains.

As per your rank, you will not get good colleges under IPU. So, look forward to other colleges via other exams, however if you are inclined to take admission via IPU only. Check here:
