Hi,
If you have completed graduation in (Physics / bio / chemistry / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Applied Medical Sciences / Biotechnology) / engineering / pharmacy / medicine / BDS then you are eligible for admission. Percentage in last qualified exam (graduation) required for admission in M.Sc. May vary from university to university (50-60%). In reputed institutes, admission is through entrance exam, whereas, in other institutes, you can take direct admission. Premier Forensic Science Institute

IPU only charges a very nominal fees for the applications forms like the last year the application fees for this university is INR. 1000/- which is non-refundable.

You can fill any JEE Main roll no. Because both are related to your profile. But, it is suggested that you have to fill the roll no. Belongs to high NTA percentile/ Marks.

Ipu's official site conveys that for B.Tech programme admission would be on basis of JEE. So do I have to fill examination form on site?

Hi, JEE is an All India Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency in India and release score. University is an organisation which admits candidates depends upon the ranking of applicants based upon the JEE score, so fill the form of IPU university and apply.

See, there are various college in the IPU and if you have also scored a very bad score. Also, you can easily get admission in this university but if you want to go to the best colleges, then you have to study hard and yes, of course, you can apply with management quota as well.
