No, the seat won't be cancelled, but in the next round, GGSIPU will upgrade the ranks of the colleges, therefore there is a possibility that some other candidate may acquire your seat and freeze it. Then the seat will not be available for you. It can be a risk for the seat you got in the first round.

There must be management quota in the private affiliated colleges, you can visit the college and try same. With this CET rank and Delhi GEN, you can get colleges below top 6-7.
The college list is as follows.

According to the norms of GGSIPU, if you pay a part of the academic fees to freeze your seat after the round, then you won't be able to be the part for another round. You won't even be eligible for the spot counselling round too. In fact, the fees paid will not be refunded.

You would get the main campus that is USICT which is the top college and for that matter, you can get any college with that rank.

The main campus USBT(University School OF Biotechnology) admission process requires a rank below 150-170 for Delhi GENERAL and 50-70 for outside Delhi GENERAL.
So, you won't. Try the spot round and be hopeful.

You can get USBT(University School Of Biotechnology) at the main campus.
Outside Delhi(gen) :rank goes between 50-75.
Delhi General: rank should be less than 150.
You can still hit for spot round.
