In the ICSE and ISC Exams in 2024, CISCE will include more questions that call for comprehension and critical thinking. The goal is to empower pupils to advance from data memorization and rote learning to the development of conceptual understanding. In order to be able to answer such questions with ease, students are therefore recommended to practise and ensure that they understand the fundamentals.

One widely used book is "Accountancy - A Textbook for Class XI" by DK Goel, Rajesh Goel, and Shelly Goel. It covers the syllabus comprehensively and provides clear explanations and examples.

Another popular choice is "ISC Accountancy Book I for Class XI" by Dr. Vinod Kumar. This book is known for its well-structured content and practice questions that help students grasp the concepts effectively.

However, it's always a good idea to consult with your teachers or classmates for their recommendations as well. They might have additional suggestions based on their own experiences and preferences.

All students need to score at least 40 per cent in all subjects in order to clear the ISC examinations. They also need to have a minimum of 75% of attendance.

To clear the ISC exams, students must be thorough with the ISC syllabus and exam pattern. They must also solve and practice the ISC sample papers and previous year's question papers to get familiar with the marking scheme, types of questions asked in the exam and more.
