ITS Engineering College provides various scholarships to BTech students. Students willing to avail of these scholarships are required to fulfil certain eligibility requirements which are different for each of the scholarships. Some scholarships offered by the college to BTech students are listed below:

Yes, ITS Engineering College has been ranked by various ranking bodies for its BTech course. In 2024, the college was ranked at #175 position by Times. In 2023, the college secured #138 position in the Times ranking for its BTech course. During the same year, BTech at ITS Greater Noida was ranked at #252 position by India Today.

In 2024, ITS Engineering College was ranked by Times at #175 position. This made the college the 21st best among the Engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh as per the Times ranking 2024. Further, the college was also ranked by the Times in 2023. The Times ranking for ITS Engineering College BTech in 2023 was #138.

Candidates willing to take admission against the Management Quota seats are required to fulfil the preset eligibility criteria. The selection is based on their performance in the last qualified exam. The minimum eligibility for taking admission to the four-year BTech programme under the management quota is at least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) in Class 12 in the following three subjects: Physics, Mathematics, and any one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science.
