The Corporate Resource Center (CRC) of the college organises on-campus interviews by coordinating with top companies across all industries. The cell conducts various activities to develop the technical and soft skills of the students. CRC works closely with the Personality Development team which conducts Aptitude and Reasoning classes and assessment tests of the students. Alongside this, the Personality Development team works on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Customer Service Skills, Time Management Skills, Leadership Skills, and Job Interview Skills.

As per the official data, 111 companies participated in the 2023 placement session till March 2023. Earlier, 327 companies were part of the 2022 drive. Looking at the past three years' data (2021 to 2023), a year-on-year decline was observed in the number of recruiting companies. As per the yearly placement trend released on the official website, the number of offers attracted during 2023 placements was 142, which was almost 63% less than the offers made in 2022. During the 2023 placements, the total count of offers made was 386. From 2021 to 2023, the number of offers has been fluctuating. For a detailed analysis of ITS Noida placement offers trend refer to the below table:

The college has released the branch-wise list of recruiters for BTech placements. Goldman Sachs, Cognizant, and TCS were leading companies that participated in Civil Engineering placement sessions over the past few years. While, Zensar, Capgemini, Intellipaat, Virtusa, etc. were part of the CSE placement drive. EEE, ECE, and Mechanical Engineering branches witnessed the participation of Mphasis, Wipro, Amazon, Cvent, Newgen, JK Technosoft Limited, and many other prominent recruiters. As per some unofficial online sources, the majority of ITS Engineering College Greater Noida alumni are working in the Engineering sector with a 40% share, followed by IT sector (11%). For detailed sector-wise distribution of alumni refer to the below pie chart:
