Hello Pamela,
Yes, now that you have a BTech degree you are definitely eligible to seek admission in the management college offering MBA even if you have obtained admission for engineering via lateral mode. This is so since admission in 1st year and directly in 2nd are pari-passu with normal engineering course and hence you are equally eligible for admission in any stream of knowledge where graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria.

It is necessary for you to get pro in financial analysis, you should do some certifications and also pursue live project and then you can get good placement, you can also start an own business of consultant as a part of revenue.

NIRF 43rd ranked, NAAC 'A' Grade, AIU and NBA accredited, has excellent placement records and more than 90% Ph.D. If you are not getting any good A grade MBA college via CAT then you can prefer Jaipuria, Noida. But better prepare well for CAT exam and get A grade B-School.
