The total number of seats offered in the MFA course at the College of Arts is 45. On the other hand, the total number of seats offered in the MFA course at Jamia Milia Islamia is 52. Therefore, the College of Arts offers a greater number of seats in the MFA course. The difference between the admission requirements for the courses is that Jamia Mila Islamia conducts its JMI Entrance Exam for the MFA course. Moreover, the College of Arts accepts CUET PG scores and Practical-Test for the Master's in Fine Arts course.

There are a total of 40 seats for DPharm course of Jamia Milia Islamia. The admission is granted as per the sanctioned seat intake and applicants scores in the entrance exam. There are reserved seats for students belonging to muslim community. It must be noted that the given seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to change and hence, is indicative.

The fee structure of both the universities shall include multiple components, such as hostel fee, tuition fee, security deposit, library fee, etc. Some of these components can be refundable, such as the security amount. Tabulated below is the BSc fee at both JMI and JNU:

The first-year of the course is divided into two semesters. JMI BSc Biotechnology curriculum includes subjects to be studied in both the semesters. Each of the semester has a lab subject. Enlisted below are the theory subjects covered in the first-year of the programme:
