Between all three mentioned, I'll advice to go for Java. Among these java captures major market share. Due to its open source attribute most companies invest in Java for their application development. Also java has some unique features which keeps it at upper hand over other two. But yes going towards learning curve, Java requires more time to get proficiency. But in end you will enjoy upper hand after learning Java.
Best of Luck.!!

To get tutorials for Java you can visit tutorialspoint.com . Its good site to start with. But strongly recommend to join some code practice platform like techgig.com or hackerank. They will provide sample problems to solve along with learning.
Lastly, don't forget to refer java docs from oracle's official website for the specific version of java you are learning.
HAPPY LEARNING. KEEP PRACTICING.

Hi Divya,
After completing core java , you can opt for advance java course or can go for other java certifications like SCJD, SCJA, JDE, Share point etc. The other option is to join an IT company in a java module because that will you give a real time experience to work on java.

Hi Divya,
Both java and ethical hacking have good scope whether in India or abroad. You should opt for the course you are most passionate about.
If you have an interest in developing web based applications opt for java and if you are interested in finding loop holes in the code and how to improve online security opt for ethical hacking
