Well, I think both are good which one is better depend on what you want to do and your purpose.
Python is better if you want to learn easy or write code faster. It has a great future in AI and Machine Learning
whereas, if you want strong performance and enterprise jobs then Java is better.

Both of the languages - C+ and Java are object-oriented languages, on one hand C+ is known for providing more control over system resources and hardware due to its low-level capabilities.
