B.Sc in Food Science and Technology (Hons.) qualifies you to apply for the M.Sc in Biotechnology offered by Jawaharlal Nehru University. The eligibility criteria for general access to this program is a B.Sc. degree in areas such as Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, and similar fields. Your specialization in Food Science and Technology is quite similar.
This is how students get admission through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Biotechnology (GAT-B). The conducting agency of GAT-B is the Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB). It offers a great deal of research and practical exposure in biotechnology.

The probability of getting admission or not, totally depends on the cutoff. As your score is 81, you have a good chance of getting admission. The previous year JNU cutoff for general category was 75 for MCA. So as you have better score than the previous year cutoff, the chances are good. But no accurate prediction can be done because the cutoff may vary every year. So you are adviced to wait for the cutoff to be released.
