Starting the JEE Main preparation from class 11 or 12 is the best time. As JEE Main syllabus consists of topics from class 11 and 12, students can easily cover all the topics along with school. Students can begin by checking the topics that is covered in both school and JEE Main and give special attention to them. For all three subjects, study NCERT and also take help from reference books. According to your profile you are good in Maths and bad in Chemistry so for increasing your marks in Chemistry you should read NCERT of Chemistry and read line by line of it, many times you get a direct question from a line in NCERT book (You can SEE this in PYQs) and revision is most important and for improving Physics you should solve PYQs, and then you will get some repeatative question pattern that are asked in every paper. And practicing and revision is most important.

Probability of qualifying in JEE Advanced doesn't depend on your 10th grades in any way. So stop making such calculations and instead work hard to get enough marks in intermediate, minimum 75% is needed in intermediate in order to go for JEE. After that you need to prepare well and give your JEE Mains exam, after you qualify that you should prepare well for JEE Advanced exam, after qualifying that you're good to go.
