Both are equally important as you will be in 12th when you will write JEE exam. You will have a good grasp of concepts of 12th as it is board exam, so you need to concentrate more on 11th at that time. You should not loose on what you learnt in +1.

Dear Vyom, I think you are following the dictum "better late than never". Six months is quite less for preparation of such important exams. But then nothing is impossible. Have positive attitude and throw yourself fully in preparation. Logical thinking, fundamentals of Science & practice of solving papers should be your Mantra.

Mathematics-
1. Complete calculus. Mostly questions on limits and differential eqns. are very easy. Integration depends on you.
2. Simple but scoring topics such as Binomial Theorem, Probability, Sequences, Limits.
3. Many people feel that coordinate geometry is tough. But believe me, they are very easy.
Physics-

Mechanics is overrated. Instead concentrate more on the topics which are taught in class 12th. They are a bit easie

There are various things that you can do. First is prepare by yourself. Rather than joining a coaching institute, make a study plan and work hard. But, you must be highly self motivated to ensure success. Second way to prepare is by joining a reputed coaching class. Whatever you do, you must remember that you will have to score will in your board exam as well.
