JEE Advanced 2026 Dates: It is expected that JEE Advanced 2026 will be conducted by IIT Roorkee and it will release the JEE Advanced 2026 exam date in December 2025. Following the historical trends, the JEE Advanced 2026 exam is expected to be held on May 17 or May 24. Additionally, the JEE Advanced 2026 application form release is expected in April 2026.

Candidates can expect the complete JEE Advanced 2026 schedule in April 2026, when the JEE Advanced website will be updated with the JEE Advanced 2026 information brochure. JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Date

JEE Advanced 2026 exam date is expected as May 17 or May 24, 2026, as per previous year trends. JEE Advanced is a national-level engineering entrance test that is held in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The exam consists of two question papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2, which are both mandatory and have a duration of three hours each. The marking scheme for the test changes every year, and negative marks may be awarded for incorrect answers to some questions. Candidates will receive full details of the marking scheme in the "Instructions to Candidates" section during the exam. The exam lasts a total of 6 hours and has three separate sections in each question paper, namely Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Check the events after the JEE Advanced 2026 exam is over:

JEE Advanced 2026 answer keys: JEE Advanced 2026 Answer Key (Provisional) is released by the exam conducting authority on the official website. Other than the official JEE Advanced 2026 answer key, various coaching institutes also release the answer key within one or two days after the conclusion of the exam. JEE Advanced 2026 official question papers are also made available by the exam conducting authority on the official website. To make it easier for students to calculate their probable score, the exam conducting authority will also release their response sheets within one or two days after the exam.

JEE Advanced result 2026: The JEE Advanced 2026 result is announced on the official website. To check their results, aspirants will need to enter their registration number and password. A direct link will also be provided below for candidates to check the JEE Advanced result. JEE Advanced 2026 result will include the qualifying status, total and subject-wise scores, and All India Rank (AIR) of candidates. No, your candidature will be rejected as you need to have minimum of 75% in class 12 to be eligible for admisison to the IITs, NIT, IIITs and GFTIs via the JoSAA counselling. Even if you pass JEE Advanced and JEE Main, of you do not have 75% minimum marks in class 12 boards you will no get admission

The JEE Advanced counselling is held online on the official website - josaa.nic.in. The JEE Advanced counselling for IIT admission is called the JoSAA counselling. Only candidates with JEE Advanced rank are allowed to register for the counselling process.
