First, you can do NCERT so that the concepts should be clear in mind. You can also prefer some books for practice like: RD Sharma for mathematics, DENESH or HC Verma for physics and for chemistry, NCERT is very important. You can also solve previous year question papers.

NCERT is best for Mains. You can also solve Resonance study material. Refer to the Arihant textbook of 40 days. Solve question papers of previous years.

First of all, you must know the syllabus of JEE Mains and yes you can crack it, but cracking is not enough. Good marks are necessary for getting admission in NITs.
