Yes, you can get a seat in DTU. As you are from the reserve category, your Mains cut-off score is very low.

For SC category, this is not a bad score. But I am not sure that you can get a good college with this score. So, you may try in the counselling round.

As you belong to general category, it is difficult to get a good college with just 74 marks. So, you may try to get admission via any other entrance exams or your board exam marks.

You might get NIT - Srinagar, Patna but you should focus on advance.

You have got 134 marks in JEE Mains. You will easily get good college. Well, I think you might get NITs also. If you have any reservation.

In government college, it seems to be impossible as CSE is the first preference of the students so all the college seats get full first, but in private colleges, you can easily get a seat.
