Hello Sai,
These days, the performance of OBC students is outstanding. In some cases, cut-offs for OBC is higher than general category students. Hence I feel that 139 marks are on the boundary and a lot depends on how other OBC students have scored in the exam.

You can apply for some private colleges and universities. Based on your marks you get tier-3 or tier-4 colleges of the state so don't rely on jee marks opt for some private universities examinations like BITSAT,SRMJEE,Manipal and lot of others are there also you can check on other universities which accept Jee as well as have their separate entrance exam and do the further analysis according to that.

Chances of you getting NITs are quite less. Try for private colleges such as BITS, VIT, SRM etc. All the best.

Chance are less, but it all depends on your OBC - PWD rank. You may get some new NIT with non-core branch. All the best.

It can only be told when the result of JEE Mains will get announced. The cutoff depends upon the number of candidates appeared, higher marks achieved in the exam.

Yes, you can get NITs but not the core branches such as CS, mechanical, civil and others. You will get another branch of your choice.

Hello,
Please specify your category, however, if you belong from general then your chances are nil for getting computer science in any NITs.
