Hello Sri
Yes, there are good chances for you to get computer science engineering at SASTRA University, Thanjavur. You have a good score in board exams as well as JEE main exam. Your percentile will be 96.5(0.75)+119(0.25)=102.125.
As you are a Brahmin, SASTRA University gives some preference to Brahmin students.
On June 10th (the last date to apply) they will release the rank list so you may check your possibility of getting the seat.

A general rank of 11000 -12000 can fetch you OBC rank under 4000. You can assume yourself as well because generally 30 percent of students are OBC out of each 100%.

You should try HNBGU through CSAB counselling. It is a central university and fee is also very less there (around 11K per semester). It is amongst top 10 largest universities of India in terms of student intake.

Class 12th marks are of no use for getting into NITs. If you have a category then you can get a good NIT. For getting into NITs just go through the website josaa.nic.in. For getting into some private universities, just surf thier names on Google. Some of the best private universities are SRM, Manipal, VIT, LPU, etc. and surf their names on Google.
