You can get college.
Most important things is that you can get better college with respect to NITs.
But, you should fill the Form of college.
PICT, PEC, MIT-Pune, VIT-Pune etc. are some examples.

Obviously, you have a good chance. Apply.

For MANIT-Bhopal, considering your category, you need a minimum of 170 marks to get any good branch.

Yes, you may have slight chances of getting admission in an NIT.

For getting admission in private colleges, JEE marks really don't matters a lot, it only gets you a fee concession.
You can get admission in such colleges only though class 12th marks.

Sorry to say, but according to your JEE marks, you are not going to get any college, but you can get admission in good colleges of Jaipur.

I think you will get CSE in almost all NITs except 3-4.
I think you should DTU, NSIT, PEC Chandigarh or try IT in IIIT Allahabad as IIIT, Allahabad will be the best for you. Coding culture, placement, campus everything is fine there. IIITA IT is any day better than so called CSE in any NITs (Except NIT T,W,S). IT and CSE is almost same.
