You can take admission in the colleges like PEC College, Punjab University, etc.
And the JEE scores are dependent on the counselling procedure of the colleges.

Sorry, but I will suggest you to face the next JEE Mains exam because with less than 80 marks in JEE, you can't get any good private college, but there is also a criterion of board marks for some best private colleges in India like LPU, but you have to secure more than 90% in boards then only you will get CSE surely in LPU. For more information, visit www.lpu.edu.in.

Yes, you can get a good engineering college. It also depends on your class 12th percentage if the 60/40 pattern is followed while preparing the rankings, you can get some good colleges in Pune, Maharashtra. Also, in your City/Town or State. Do the proper research about colleges in your City/Town or State, their cut-offs, approved by AICTE or not. Fill the admission counselling form properly. You will surely get a good engineering college.
Good luck.

You have chances of getting good central institutes like NITs, IIITs and central universities. All depends on your desired branch. I will better suggest you to check the old cutoffs available at JoSAA and CSAB.

You can go to some of the top private colleges accepting JEE Mains and board percentage. There you can also get scholarships up to 100% (maybe).
