As per your rank in JEE I fear that you may not get any NITs.

According to your marks in JEE you will end up with any NITs, but CSE might not be easy for you.

You must try in Thapar University or BIT University if you want a private college but I suggest you to firstly join the JoSAA counseling.

Best option differs from person to person. It's an opportunity for you to introspect and review your strengths and weaknesses. If you feel like it, take a break of 1-year, prepare once again and give JEE Mains next year. Else select management quota of private engineering colleges option or change your stream.

With only 71 marks out if 360, I feel you have almost no chance of getting admission in a good college. However, you can attempt admission via management quota of a private engineering college.
