Hello Yash Vardhan, firstly raw marks have lost their sheen these days. Their place has been taken by percentile. Last year cutoff for OBC for JEE Mains was just above 72. But then actual cutoffs for admission are even higher. To get CS branch you need tohave high percentile. In view of this I would strongly recommend that you appear for JEE Mains examination for the next session for improvement in your percentile. Best wishes to you.

Yes, it happens every time, when I try also. I believe some bug or some issue at their end.

Hello Anurag, for calculating percentile lot of data is required, like total number of students who appeared, maximum and minimum marks scored etc. Invariably this information is available only with National testing agency for JEE Mains and hence they only can determine the percentile. In view of this I would request you to have patience since it is expected to be announced anytime soon for those who appeared for the February cycle. Best wishes to you.

Hello Chittaranjan, I am afraid, cut-off marks have lost importance. This is so since NTA has started giving ranking based on percentile. This means if in any one session of the exam, the paper was tough then even with just 50% marks, the student can get good percentile and ranking while if the paper was easy then one scoring even 80% would get a lower ranking. It's a game of how others have done vis-a-vis you. However, if you are interested in knowing cutoff rankings for admissions to different NIT's or IIT's, just Google it and you will get plenty of sites giving answers. Best wishes to you.
