You can get into NITs by scoring more than 160 marks in JEE Mains and 75% in 12th boards.

The required cutoff is 48 marks, but if you want to get admission in your preferred branch then you need to have a score around 100 marks.

If you get good marks in JEE Mains then you might get a good NIT and you need above 75% in your 12th boards to get admission into it.

Hi,
As per last year's eligibility you have should have minimum 30 marks in JEE Mains and 12th (minimum 60%) with PCM and English for B.Tech in CSE and for other streams you should have minimum 50% in 12th with PCM and English.
For this year's cut off score you can contact the helpline in the month of May.

The eligibility criteria for selection in TU is 60% in your PCM at 12 level and 20% weightage of your JEE score. According to your score, I feel there are chances for your selection.
