your SC rank qud be around 8 thousand so u r elligible for the IITs and NITs,u should check out college pravesh tools for rank and college cutoffs.

its depend on Your category. if u have sc or st category then u can get college.
if u have obc or general category then u can't get nit. or IIT needs 75% minimum. so u can't eligible for IIT.
