Getting in government colleges with this score would be little difficult as their cut-off is little high.There are some premier private institutions that are doing equally good as them .They along with assured placements provides a stage where one can implement technical skills in his projects and research. I am afraid you cant get CS, but since you have a category getting ECE may be possible. You will definitely get ICE though. Keep other options like DTU and IIIT-D handy though. You will definitely get electrical in DTU.
