Your JEE Mains and Board's composite score is very less for IIIT Bhubaneswar. So you can't get into it. Try for private colleges.
All the best. Feel free to revert.

Firsly.if u have clear JEE
then go for counselling.
U can also fill the form of REAP for Rajasthan's colleges.
Also fill the forms of various States counselling.
And unfortunately if u have unable 2 crack jee then. Try for private colleges.
And choose the best suitable college 4 urself.

Well it will be difficult getting in this college. Based on your marks, your JEE rank would be 300000-400000. This is very far behind even though you have the SC quota. NITH will be difficult to get into, in any branch.

Taking a drop is not a solution at all.
If u want 2 be an engineer.and think that only degree is enough .then u can also apply in various private college.
And on other side .if u want 2 be an IITian or NITian and u have a strong will 2 do so.then taking drop is beneficial.
Otherwise taking drop is simply useless for u in all aspects.
