If you have a national level award or national level test has been cleared, mention it. The most important thing is to note the dates of admission as if the dates are over you would not get admission in your desired college. Check some good college sites and you will find an option of Apply, where you can start the admission procedure and the web site will lead you to directly right up til the payment
If you stuck at some point, the web sites carry the help line numbers and e-mail IDs for detailed counseling. The universities also have their own entrance exams in case you do not have satisfactory JEEMains score.
