With low score in JEE Mains you will not get the good colleges as in government colleges but you can contact to private colleges.

No chance in NIT. Admission in IIT is based on JEE Advance score.

It is an interesting query. It's the NTA which is mandated to conduct JEE Mains exam. It has already exam once and announced results. Its scheduled to conduct another set of exam in April. Taking into account, better performance of a candidate in either of exams, ranking will be issued which will be based on percentile. How much is raw score of a candidate is immaterial since last year. Best wishes to you.
