No, you will not be eligible for the admission to Babulal Tarabai Institute of Research and Technology (BTIRT) B.E. / B.Tech course without JEE Main. Because BTIRT  requires candidates to have a valid score in JEE Main for B.E./B.Tech programs. But here JEE Mains result is mandatory with that candidates also need to fulfill the requirement of 10+2 with PCM as per university's criteria.

In PDSCT, the JEE Main cutoff is different in the specialisation and category of B.E./B.Tech courses. The last rank in B.E Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology in 2024 was 1067666 and 1246772 correspondingly for B.E Computer Science and Engineering and B.E Information Technology when applied by the General Home State candidates. Yes, it is important that the BTech aspirants have a valid score of JEE Main. NIT Srinagar grants admission based on merit in this entrance score only. The specialisation-wise cutoff is released as per merit in the entrance examination. For seat allotment, the aspirants rank is taken into consideration. Hence, the aspirants must appear for the national-level exam and secure a good rank.

Admission to TIT&S B.Tech requires 10+2 with PCM and a valid JEE Main or MP-PET score, followed by seat allocation through MP DTE counselling . There is no direct or management quota route bypassing entrance exam norms—admission is purely based on merit via the centralized process . Diploma holders can enter laterally into 2nd year through the same counselling mechanism . In short: JEE Main or MP-PET score + DTE counselling is mandatory—no entrance bypass allowed.
