It is unlikely that you will be able to get into IIIT Delhi with your current JEE Main rank. The cutoff for IIIT Delhi in the General category for the academic year 2022-23 was 12,800. Your category rank is significantly lower than this too, so you would need to perform exceptionally well in the UCEED exam to have a chance of admission.

However, there are still a few things you can do to improve your chances of getting into IIIT Delhi. First, you can try to improve your JEE Main score by taking more practice tests and working on your weak areas. Second, you can apply for admission through the IIIT Delhi Direct Admission process. This process is open to students who have a good academic record and have scored well in the JEE Main or other entrance exams. Finally, you can also apply for admission through the IIIT Delhi Spot Round. This round is conducted after the 6 grounds of JoSAA, and it is a good opportunity to get admission to IIIT Delhi if there are any vacant seats.

Based on your JEE Main percentile of 61, you may not be eligible for JEE Advanced. However, you can still apply to various colleges that accept JEE Main scores. Here are some government engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh that accept JEE Main scores:

1. Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur: This is one of the top engineering colleges in India and offers a B.Teach in Computer Science Engineering.
2. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology: This is a public technical university located in Allahabad and offers a B.Teach in Computer Science Engineering .
3. Harcourt Butler Technical University: This is a state technical university located in Kanpur and offers a B.Teach in Computer Science Engineering .
