Yes, you can get a CSE branches in private engineering colleges but those colleges will not be so good.

It will be really tough for you to get admission to good government colleges with these marks. There are many private colleges but you will have to pay high fees there, some good private colleges are SNU, Thapar, etc.

Last year closing rank at NIT Warangal in Mechanical was 12485 in general category. So you have to sore above 99 percentile in JEE Main.

JEE Main cutoff is depends on the category you belongs. However as per the last year of trends, JEE Main marks above 90 are enough for clearance if you belong to general category. Students must note that their is no minimum marks required to qualify JEE Mains. Minimum marks is required only to qualify to appear in JEE Advanced. The minimum marks for JEE Advanced is in the form of cutoff and is different for all categories. Candidates can check JEE Main cutoff from the Shiksha page.

Here is the update about the 2022 IIT JEE pattern change due to the pandemic. There will be no change in the 2022 IIT JEE Pattern. However, NTA being the leader' pulling out surprises can pull one out of nowhere. The last time when NTA changed the JEE Mains pattern was for the year 2020 when they introduced the Numerical type of questions and the change in the pattern was announced in the month of January. Ever since then, there have been no amendments to the existing pattern of JEE Exam. Considering the fact, we are in the month of February I don't expect things to change around quickly.
