IIT or NIT cut off depends upon many factors like total number of candidates appeared, kind of exam and certain normalization. The cut off for general category is approximately 90 percentile means in order to get seat in top institutes your rank should be good. Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 10911. While the last year closing rank at NIT Trichy for general category was 6105. So keeping the last year of trends in consideration, your chances are moderate here. However you can get the following at NIT Trichy.
1. Civil
2. EEE
3. ICE

Hi Alok, You must go for LPU. It is one of the best and premium Institute of the India. I don't know about your next attempt but according to the percentile you have already got you are going to get the maximum scholarship benefit. Moreover you will get the direct Admission. Thus, you do not need to qualify the LPU NEST. For the maximum scholarship benefits LPU officials are advising to take admission prior to 31st August 2020. All the best.
