If I may say so, you have obtained a rank that is a bit on the lower side. Perhaps you are aware hence this query. It looks impossible to get admission in government colleges since they will admit only on results of entrance exams. However, you have good chances of getting admission in deemed to be universities or many private colleges. But you need to apply separately for each such institution. Best wishes to you.

There is no such a website to join any college directly. You can simply check the colleges here at https://shiksha.com of your preferences and choose one of them. You can get the direct link of college's website (if any) when you check the college reviews.
