You haven't mentioned your reservation category, so considering you have a general, you need to get at least 70 - 80 percentile to get qualified for the JEE Mains exam. And, if you want to get into the NITs, then you need to score at least 93 percentile.

There is no defence quota in JEE exam. You should score more then 130 marks in JEE Main to get a seat in NITs in general category other state quota.

BC-E is falling under OBC category. Hence 27% of reservation is available fo OBC (NCL) category for admission through JEE Main.
