Don't Worry here is the guidance to retrieve your JEE Application. :
1. Visit the Candidate Login Page of JEE Main I. e "https://jeemain.nta.nic.in"
2. Select I Forgot my JEE Main Application Number
Now enter the following details which you had entered at the time of Registration-
Name of the Candidate
Mothers Name
Fathers Name
Date of Birth
State of Eligibility
Case Sensitive Security Pin
3. Click on the submit button and your JEE Main Application Number will be recovered. Note: you can go through your emails as NTA forwards a non-reply email with all the details you have entered.

1 CIPET JEE 2020-21 online Application Forms shall be available on 12/01/2020
2 Hosting of Admit Card for CBT based JEE 2020-21 in website and issue to the candidates 25/07/2020 onwards
3 Last date for submission of online application form 31/07/2020
4 Date of CIPET Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) all over India 05/08/2020*Subject to government guidelines on COVID-19
5 Release of Counseling cum Admission letter for the selected candidates for admission and Hosting in website (To be downloaded from https://eadmission.cipet.gov.in) On or before

6 Date of commencement of course To be declared

As you percentile is good i recommend you to wait for the counseling result because there is higher probability that you can get the good branch in that college .

Yes you can get admission in MSU Baroda through JEE Main scores. The admission process of MSU is governed by ACPC Gujarat. Hence apply through ACPC.

Yes, you may get NIT or IIIT in CSE but if you desire for popular ones than you must drop the idea of CSE but still I will advice you to go for the counselling and hope for the best. Best of luck.

While filling the JEE Main application form you must be aware of the fact that once any information goes into the website it is quite difficult to change, once your application form is submitted. Still when the registration process is over after some days they (JEE Mains portal) gives you few days for correction of the details if you have made any mistake.
