Hello Pravat,
I have never heard about any such quota right now. For your concrete information, I personally made a manual inspection regarding this and found that there is no such special quota for admission in engineering colleges.

Hi Prabhat,
I would not recommend you to take another year drop just to get a good college there are so many opportunities that awaits you in your near future and dropping again won't help that getting into NITs or IITs are not the only way to success you may have not done good at this stage but pull yourself up get into graduation there are new ways you can redeem yourself by doing well in future, if you study well in your graduation there are many you can always get into IITs and NITs through GATE or IIT JAM so carry yourself forward and get into a college and make a new start.
All the best.

Both are not sufficient or good enough if you are average student try opting for regular coaching, if you are among the topper you can do with this but still if you join some coaching it would really help you out in a better way.

Aakash,
ITutor is much better than Plancess, as you said you are average student. So, I would not recommend you either as both of them require prerequisites and assume you know the basics of subjects. Try opting for regular coaching for better understanding and grip on subjects.
