In Maharashtra, All Government College of Engineering "Named" Colleges does not give admission to state candidates on the basis of JEE. If you are not living in Maharashtra, then may be colleges give you admission on the basis of JEE.

Yes, you can join the LNM Institute of Information Technology without taking JEE Mains. LNMIIT offers multiple modes of admission, including a regular mode that considers JEE Mains scores, as well as other modes that are merit-based or entrance-based. Students must have passed the Class 12th examination with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects, along with one out of Biology, Informatics Practises, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or Technical Vocational.
