To get admission in B.Tech at NSUT (formerly NSIT), you need to have a good rank and score in JEE Main, as well as meet the eligibility criteria of the branch and category you are applying for. The cutoff marks vary every year depending on various factors.

According to the web search results, you can convert your JEE percentile to rank using the following formula? :

{JEE Main rank} = (100 - JEE percentile)* N/100 + 1

where N is the total number of candidates who appeared for JEE Main.

Using this formula, your JEE Main rank with 75 percentile would be approximately:

JEE Main rank = (100 - 75)*869010/100 +  1= 217253

This rank is mu

Yes, NSIT accepts JEE score for admission to its B.Tech programmes. According to some web search results, candidates should have at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Qualifying exams / 12th from the recognised Center or State Board. In addition, they should also have passed English as a core or elective subject in 10+2. Also, the candidates have to pass in each subject separately. The admission process is based on the rank of JEE Mains followed by counselling and interview. I hope this answers your question.
