No, it is not possible for SC category with rank in 32k to get admission NIT Rourkela for integrated MSc in Life science.
According to previous year cut offs, it will be hard for you to get any Integrated M.Sc. course in NIT Rourkela.
After passing the same-year's JEE main exam, you must go via the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) to obtain admission. There are no additional admission options at NIT Rourkela.

Yes, JEE Mains is required for admission to some programs at Quantum University. Candidates who want to take admitted to the Bachelor of Technology programme must have a valid score in JEE Main or be qualified in the QCARE entrance exam conducted by the university. However, JEE Mains is not required for admission to all programs at Quantum University. Candidates are required to have qualified for the 12th grade or its equivalent examination in any stream with a minimum of 45 percent marks. Therefore, the admission requirements vary depending on the program, and JEE Mains is not required for all programs at Quantum University.

Admission to the BTech CSE programme is done both via seeing the merit of the previous exams or entrance exams1. Being in 11th grade, you obviously need some assistance to start the rituals, therefore the thing you have to do is: stay consistent with your determination that you have to pass the JEE; just stick to this. Next, choose a school or online coaching center.

Since 50% of B.Tech programme seats are based on normalized 10+2 aggregate, you can still be admitted to Sastra University's BTech programme even if you haven't taken the JEE Main test.To enter Sastra University's stream 1, you must receive 90 to 95% of the possible points in your 12th grade exams. You must get at least 90% to be admitted to Sastra University because the subject you will take will also depend on your grade in 12th grade.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE 2024 if you are in the top 20 percentile of your respective board. According to the revised eligibility criteria, apart from their All-India rank in JEE-Main, a student should either have scored 75% and above in Class 12 board exam or figured among the top 20 percentile candidates of the respective board.

The candidates having preparatory ranks in JEE Advanced will not be able to participate in JOSSA counselling. So, you will not get any seat in IIT during the JOSSA counselling in present year. However, you will trained in IITs for one year and after successfully completion of training you will get vacant seats in IITs in next year.

Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University. Your marks are really good enough to get a seat. You should apply under stream 1 as you have appeared for JEE Mains exam.
