Look for the state government colleges or some regional colleges like NEHU, SMVDU, Central University Jammu. Specifically look for branches like ME, CE or BT in these since in these colleges too CSE, ECE have way higher cutoff. And also look for maximus reservation you can get.

A JEE Main rank of 500091 and 66 percentile, along with 64.8% marks in Class 12, it is highly unlikely to get admission into a government college or GFTI (Government Funded Technical Institute) in Uttar Pradesh or anywhere in India through JoSAA counselling. Most GFTIs, NITs, and IIITs have cutoffs that close at much higher percentiles, typically above 85–90 percentile for reserved categories and even higher for general candidates.

There are more than 1,400 colleges for studying the BTech in AI and ML course in India, out of which around 420 colleges accept the JEE Main exam scores for admission. Top colleges like the IITs and NITs strictly ask for JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores for admission to the course. The competition is quite high here because of the demand of the field in the job market, so you should work very hard to score excellent marks and rank to grab a seat at a top college for AI and ML.

In Vnit With The perentile of 82.6 Percentile in JEE Mains The overall rank should be 2.5-3 Lakhs.
But the cut offs are not meeting with your percentile you must have to improove your rankings next time
1. Computer Science & Engineering closes around 600–1400
2. Electronics & Communication Engineering around 1500–1800
3. Electrical Engineering around 1800–2200
4. Mechanical Engineering around 2500–3000
Even Mining, Chemical, and Civil Engineering branch cutoffs remain in the 3000–4000+ range

Based on your score and the shift, it seems like you will be scoring somewhere between 92-96 percentile. At this percentile you might get some NIT or IIIT

With 83 percent in JEE Mains 2025, your estimated all India ranking (air) is about 1.5 to 1.7 lakhs, and your category ranking (if you belong to the reserved category such as SC/ST/OBC/EWS) will be smaller.
Let's address your query directly:
Can you get CBIIT (Chaitanya India Institute of Technology, Hyderabad)?
CBIIT is not a government college; There is a private autonomous institution in Telangana.
However, CBIit seats via TS Eamcet, not through the JEE power grid (unless you are looking for the management/NRI quota or special cases).
Therefore, if you are from Telangana, your Jee Mains percentage will not help you get CBIT direct

With JEE Men's ranking of 11 Lacs and 85% in 12th place, it is extremely difficult to get admission at a CSE Government College in AI, especially at top-level colleges. However, here is a clear breakdown based on your situation (MP -condition + CSE):
Quick Evaluation:
Rank: 11.00 000 (General Qualification)
Children's marks: 85% in 12. (Good, but not an important factor for JEE recording)
Category: [Please confirm General/OBC/SC/ST ]

It's not possible to get a government college with JEE Mains rank of 950074. The government Engineering colleges generally have very high and competitive cutoffs. You can apply to private colleges who accepts JEE Mains score and have much lower cutoffs, also you can look out for colleges who offers direct admission based on marks scored in 12th.
