The JEE Advanced exam pattern is dynamic. It changes every year. The only known aspect of the JEE Advanced exam pattern are:

  1. The number of papers: There are two papers - paper 1 and paper 2.
  2. The exam mode: The JEE Advanced exam is held in computer based test mode.
  3. Duration: The exam is held for 6 hours. Each paper is of 3 hours.
  4. Subjects: Each question papers has questions from three sections - Maths, Physics and Chemistry

JEE Advanced pattern will change every year in terms of making scheme and the kinds of questions asked (MCQs, match the following, paragraph type, numerical answer type.)

For candidates who have performed well in JEE Main session 2 securing above 98th Percentile score - should prepare for the JEE Advanced entrance exam.

Candidates who have scored below 98th percentile may choose to appear for JEE Main during the next academic session.

In NEET entrance test, the weightage of Class 11 Physics Chapter 11 Thermodynamics is around 7%. Students should thoroughly understand the thermodynamic laws and internal energy. The medical entrance test includes theory and numerically-based questions. For JEE Main, the chapter has more significance, and it has nearly 15% weightage of the total Physics syllabus.

No, candidates do not need to appear for both the CUET and JEE entrance exam to gain admissions into the Marwadi University BTech courses. Candidates only need to register for one of these exams. If the candidates fail to secure Marwadi University admissions into BTech courses through one exam, they can appear for the other exam, if possible.
