A Degree in Journalism is necessary these days to enter the ever-expanding domain of jobs and careers. The media houses need thousands of youngsters each year to take up jobs that vary from News reporting to graphic designing' from camera to content writing and from simple public relation activities to event management at big levels. A degree is worth. Question is about the utility of a Distance Education mode. There is a difference between the Regular and Distance Modes and that is of the Level of Teaching-Learning. Delhi University is government university so that's why the fees is not high it's economical and there has so many Scholarships programme are also conducted by the DU colleges which have been some criteria so if you will be eligible for that so it's also helps. There are so many colleges in Delhi University which offers Admission in mass communication courses offered on the basis of both merit as well as entrance exams and the college are like:
1) Delhi School of Journalism
2) Indraparstha College for Women
3) lady Shri Ram College for Women
4) Kalindi College
5) Kamla Nehru College
6) Delhi College of Arts and Commerce

No, there isn't any entrance exam to get admission to B.A. in Journalism. It is based out on class 12th grades/marks.

Both BJMC i.e. Bachelors in journalism & mass communication and Bachelors in journalism means the same. Both are under graduation courses in journalism.
