No, you are not eligible for the same. The Mandatory Subjects in 10+2: Physics, Mathematics and must have current PPL License with flying experience in the last three years.

If you are not interested in M.Tech in your post-graduation after B.Tech CSE, and if you are interested in journalism and mass communication, then you can go for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication). Eligibility for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree. The most important thing is that from where you pursue your post-graduation. It is better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like:
