Hi,
Yes, a 10+2 pass out student from any stream is eligible to pursue journalism. But, don't just do it for the sake that you didn't got admission in medical or as a 2nd option, do it if you have a passion for journalism and media because only then you will be able to become successful in this field.
Some of the top colleges for the same include:

Hi,
This programme is supported by ongoing research at the School of Social Sciences & Humanities, thus giving students a unique opportunity to gain solid grounding in cutting-edge theories and research and to critically reflect, discuss and write about topical issues from local, national and international perspectives. The BA (Hons) degree is intellectually demanding preparation for a wide range of professional occupations, and certainly moulds students into highly skilled, versatile, independent thinkers with interpersonal skills that will set them apart.

There are only six colleges which offer Bachelors in journalism and mass communication (BJMC) in DU which include, Kamala Nehru College, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC), Kalindi College, Maharaja Agrasen College, Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) and Indraprastha College for Women.
But, there are a lot of colleges under IPU offering the same which include:

So, I think IPU will be a better option to pursue the same. Moreover, more than the college, it will be your abilities and skills that will fetch you a good career in journalism. All

Dear Yogesh,
There is no Amity school in Delhi. You can probably take admission in Amity University Noida for journalism. This is a good university and will give ample of exposure to you.
